The IPECS range of call servers use an IP based connectivity, allowing to run your internal telephony system over your LAN, with a mix of dedicated IP handsets, or computer based soft phones, reducing installation complexity, maintenance and most importantly, costs. Externally it can use SIP (IP based external lines) but also traditional analogue or ISDN lines. The MFIM-600 gives up to 600 ports for extensions, plus DECT handsets or legacy handsets and can support up to 400 trunk lines, split into 72 CO groups. The trunk line cards (Line Gateways) must be purchased separatley, but allow a custom set-up to suit the business.
